Accenture is hiring a full-time Google GECX Contact Center as a Service Senior Engineer in West Slope, Washington County, to help enterprises reimagine customer engagement through Google Cloud and generative AI.
About the Role
As a Google GECX Contact Center as a Service Senior Engineer at Accenture, you will architect and deliver next-generation contact center solutions built on Google's Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) platform. Based on-site in West Slope, Washington County, you'll partner with clients to modernize their customer experience operations, embedding Voice AI and intelligent automation into how organizations connect with the people they serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions powered by Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX).
- Engineer Voice AI and conversational experiences that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Integrate Google Cloud technologies such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, Looker, and Gemini foundation models into real-time customer experience workflows.
- Collaborate across the Accenture Google Business Group (AGBG) to scale AI responsibly within client environments.
- Provide senior-level technical guidance, mentoring teams and shaping solution architecture throughout delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience engineering contact center, CCaaS, or customer experience platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Cloud services, including Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Looker.
- Familiarity with Voice AI, conversational AI, or generative AI implementation.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready technical solutions.
- Willingness to work on-site in West Slope, Washington County (this is not a remote position).
