Global Talent Acquisition Partner, Product (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global marketplace organization in their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in Berlin. Our client operates at the intersection of technology and travel, connecting providers across 70+ countries with major online platforms. This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused primarily on Product hiring, with breadth across Tech and Business functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring processes from intake through offer across Product, Tech, and Business teams, with Product as your primary focus area
• Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to refine role requirements, calibrate on candidates, and maintain process standards
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for passive talent through Boolean search, outreach, referrals, networking, and competitive intelligence
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles to reduce time-to-fill
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and maintain assessment consistency across growing teams
• Analyze hiring metrics including funnel conversion, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness to drive process improvements
• Maintain ATS accuracy and support employer branding initiatives within relevant talent communities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of in-house talent acquisition experience with demonstrable full-cycle ownership
• Strong track record hiring Product roles with ability to evaluate discovery, roadmaps, metrics, and candidate impact
• Experience hiring across Tech and Business functions in addition to Product depth
• Proven stakeholder management skills with senior hiring managers, including ability to redirect searches and deliver challenging market feedback
• Established pipeline of active and passive candidates with successful offer close rates
• Data fluency with ability to build funnel analyses and use metrics to drive decisions
• Experience in fast-moving, global startup environments
• Curious, research-driven mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement
• Strong ATS proficiency and data hygiene practices
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
