About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to take full ownership of their primary Amazon account. This is a remote or hybrid role based in Berlin, offering genuine responsibility from day one alongside mentoring from seasoned entrepreneurs. Responsibilities

• Own the full Amazon account management in Seller Central across multiple brands
• Optimize listings, content, and Buy Box performance while monitoring rankings, reviews, and competitive landscape
• Define Amazon advertising strategy and objectives, coordinating execution with a specialized PPC service provider
• Manage supplier and brand relationships including terms, forecasting, availability, and reordering
• Ensure product availability in collaboration with the fulfillment team and prevent stock-outs
• Coordinate with the content team for creative assets as needed
• Drive strategic account development through new products, market expansion, and margin improvement

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Amazon marketplace management (Seller, Vendor, agency, or brand-side)
• Strong command of Seller Central including listing optimization, PPC, FBA/SFP, case management, and key metrics
• Data-driven and numerically strong; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with tools like Helium 10 or Sellerboard is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities
• Confident communication skills for managing brand and supplier relationships
• Excellent German and good English language skills
• Experience working effectively in structured remote environments
