We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in their search for a Global Senior HR Business Partner based in Paris. Our client operates in the sustainable technology sector and is experiencing significant international growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape people strategy across a dynamic, mission-driven business.

As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while providing strategic and operational HR support across critical business functions. You'll drive talent initiatives, guide managers through complex people decisions, and ensure exceptional employee experiences throughout the entire lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR support for assigned business areas, from onboarding through offboarding
• Partner with and coach leaders at all levels on organizational design, performance management, compensation strategy, and team development
• Guide employees through learning and development opportunities and support career progression
• Lead and contribute to strategic talent initiatives including performance management cycles, mentoring programs, and career pathing
• Drive continuous improvement of global People processes and contribute to organizational strategy
• Manage the full people cycle including performance reviews, career conversations, compensation campaigns, and employee engagement

What We're Looking For

• 7-10 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Manager with demonstrated success managing complete people cycles
• Strong expertise in French Employment Law and/or solid understanding of international employment regulations
• Minimum 2 years working in an international, multi-country environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to advise senior leaders and handle complex HR situations with autonomy
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening capabilities
• Adaptability and comfort with fast-paced, evolving business environments
• Enthusiasm for being part of a collaborative, high-performing team
