About the Role

This is a hands-on role based in our Outside Garden Centre. As a passionate and knowledgeable plant lover, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their gardening needs, maintaining displays, and ensuring the garden centre runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice on plants, tools, and other gardening supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized garden centre environment.
• Stock shelves and displays to ensure products are well-presented and easily accessible.
• Handle cash transactions and manage inventory levels.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A genuine passion for horticulture and a deep knowledge of plants and gardening techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
