As part of New Zealand’s largest pet care specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting pet parents by providing trusted advice, quality products, and expert services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves pets and enjoys working with customers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs.
• Sell pet care products, including food, grooming supplies, and accessories.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
• Stock shelves and maintain store displays to ensure a well-organized and inviting environment.

What We're Looking For

• A friendly and approachable personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of pet care products and services is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
• The ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently when needed.
• Available for part-time hours, flexible with some evening or weekend availability.
