Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at Animates Vetcare in Richmond Rd. As part of the retail and grooming division, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and driving sales within our pet care stores.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide expert advice on pet care products and services.
• Sell pet food, accessories, grooming supplies, and other related items to customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain store displays and ensure products are well-stocked and organized for easy access by customers.
• Participate in customer loyalty programs and promotions to increase sales volume.

What You Bring

• A passion for pets and a commitment to providing excellent service to pet owners.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers of all ages.
• Basic knowledge of pet care products, including food, grooming tools, and accessories.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
