Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team at Animates Vetcare. As a key member of the retail team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting pet parents with trusted advice, quality products, and expert services.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers visiting our store at Anzac Pde.
• Assist customers in finding the right products for their pets' needs.
• Educate customers on pet care tips and product usage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for pet care and a genuine desire to help pet parents.
• Basic knowledge of pet products and services is advantageous but not required, as training will be provided.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
