Position Summary

Lead a team making happy happen for pets and their people at Animates Vetcare. As the Store Manager in Onekawa, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment that supports the wellbeing of both pets and pet parents.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to ensure smooth running and high standards of service.
• Manage and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and any challenges faced.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and presents a welcoming environment for customers.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management role within retail or service industries.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
