Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
• Motivate and coach staff to meet performance goals and provide excellent service.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is displayed effectively.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness in the store.
