Role Overview

This is a part-time role (22.8 hours/week) based in our Launceston location with flexible scheduling across 3 or 4 days per week. As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting Australian Red Cross teams and improving lives of vulnerable people in Australia.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the store to ensure smooth running and customer satisfaction.
• Manage staff schedules and provide training and support as needed.
• Ensure all sales transactions are accurate and completed efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and community engagement.
