The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team at Animates Vetcare. As a key member of the store team, you will contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for pet parents while supporting their pets' health and happiness.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right products and services for their pets
• Provide knowledgeable advice on pet care, grooming, and veterinary services
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in retail or sales, preferably within the pet care industry
• A passion for pets and a commitment to their wellbeing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
