About This Position

We are currently seeking a Weekend Sales Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer's store located in the Broadway Centre of Barnehurst, Bexleyheath. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring that the store is always clean and presentable.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding toys and other products
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking
• Handle cash and credit card payments securely
• Support the team during busy periods, including weekends and school holidays

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about toys and creating memorable experiences for our customers. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. Previous experience in retail or customer service would be advantageous but not essential.
