About the Role

As a Licensed Optician with Warby Parker, you'll join our in-house optical team and become a trusted authority on our brand, frames, and lenses. Whether you're guiding devoted Warby Parker customers or first-time glasses wearers, you'll create a welcoming, knowledgeable experience that helps every person see and look their best. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Fulton County.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, expert eyewear consultations for new and returning customers
• Build deep product knowledge of Warby Parker frames, lenses, and how our glasses are made
• Interpret prescriptions and recommend the right lens and frame solutions for each individual
• Ensure accurate fittings, adjustments, and a polished finish on every pair
• Support a friendly, energetic store environment alongside fellow optical team members

Qualifications

• Active optician license, as required for the role
• Practical experience in opticianry or a comparable optical setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping people
• Attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-moving retail space
• Enthusiasm for our mission and a team-first attitude
