About the Role
As a Home Health Physical Therapist with Amazing Care Home Health Services, you'll deliver compassionate, one-on-one rehabilitation care to patients in the Brighton, Adams County community. This part-time position is ideal for a licensed PT who values meaningful patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and the chance to make a measurable difference in everyday lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients in their homes and design individualized physical therapy plans of care.
