Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential AI technology company building proactive, AI-native applications for everyday workflows. We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer, AI Systems based in Germany to join their core product team.

This role sits at the intersection of product engineering and AI systems—you'll build the features that transform AI capabilities into reliable, production-grade workflows that users can depend on for real-world task completion.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product features spanning frontend, backend, and AI integrations
• Design agent workflows that handle planning, tool use, failure detection, and recovery across multi-step processes
• Integrate large language models, memory systems, and external tools into reliable production systems
• Implement real-time AI interactions with streaming responses, partial results, and tight latency constraints
• Enhance system reliability, observability, and fallback mechanisms for AI-driven workflows
• Collaborate closely with machine learning, backend, and product teams to ship features end-to-end
• Iterate continuously based on real usage patterns and failure modes in production

What We're Looking For

• Strong full stack engineering experience across both frontend and backend development
• Solid understanding of system design and API architecture principles
• Experience working with large language models, RAG systems, or AI-powered applications
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make pragmatic engineering decisions
• Strong ownership mindset—capable of taking features from concept through production deployment
• Comfort working in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements
• Technical stack experience with: Next.js, Python, Node.js, PyTorch, OpenAI/Anthropic/open-source LLMs, SQL and NoSQL databases, Kubernetes, Docker
