The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join the Moxy Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) Clarke Quay team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through efficient service and quality offerings.

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel’s F&B outlets
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Maintain high standards of food quality and service excellence
• Manage a team of staff, ensuring their training and development
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Your Responsibilities

The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing the daily operations of the hotel’s F&B outlets, including overseeing staff and ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability in line with the hotel's goals.
• Maintaining a positive work environment by managing a team of staff and providing training and development opportunities.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations, particularly with housekeeping, sales, and marketing.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining the highest standards in food preparation and service.

Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial position within the hospitality industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and management practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability through strategic initiatives
• Experience in managing a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
