About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll own the field marketing strategy for your territory, executing campaigns and activities that build Netrio's brand presence and accelerate customer acquisition. You'll operate independently while collaborating closely with leadership and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts fuel revenue growth and strengthen our competitive position.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns that target small to mid-market enterprises and decision-makers in your geographic area
• Organize and host events, seminars, and networking activities to showcase Netrio's managed IT solutions
• Build strong relationships with prospects, customers, and strategic partners to expand our network and market reach
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and pipeline goals
• Create marketing collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content tailored to regional audiences
• Measure and report on campaign performance, marketing metrics, and return on investment
• Stay attuned to market dynamics and customer pain points to inform positioning and product strategy

What We're Looking For

• 4 to 8 years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or B2B marketing roles
• Demonstrated success building brand awareness and driving engagement within a defined geographic territory
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities with ability to juggle multiple campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort presenting to groups and business leaders
• Background marketing IT solutions, managed services, or technology products (highly preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered
• Self-directed, achievement-oriented approach with resilience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
