What This Role Involves

The role involves leading the Facilities Management team, coordinating subcontractors, and consolidating maintenance programs. You will oversee emergency repairs, track progress, and ensure adherence to safety, risk assessments, and PTW protocols. Your responsibilities include preparing reports, managing client expectations, and handling day-to-day property operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities Management team in executing maintenance programs
• Coordinate with subcontractors for effective service delivery
• Oversee emergency repairs to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Track progress and document all maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, risk assessments, and PTW protocols
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management review
• Manage client expectations by providing regular updates on property operations
• Handle day-to-day property operations to maintain high standards of service delivery

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with a proven track record in leading maintenance and safety operations. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A background in property management or facilities operations is essential.
