About the Role
We're building a skilled, dedicated manufacturing team and need a Fabricator / Welder who takes pride in producing high-quality commercial hollow metal door frames and components. You'll work on-site in our Longwood facility, combining fabrication techniques with precision welding to create products that meet strict industry standards and customer specifications for commercial applications.
What You'll Do
- Fabricate and weld commercial hollow metal door frames and components to specifications
- Operate welding equipment, cutting tools, and fabrication machinery with accuracy and care
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production specifications
- Inspect completed work for quality, weld integrity, and dimensional accuracy
- Prepare materials and set up equipment for efficient production runs
- Maintain a safe, clean workstation and follow all manufacturing safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience as a fabricator, welder, or in manufacturing metal components
- Solid welding skills—MIG, TIG, or stick welding processes
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical capability to handle metal materials, stand for extended periods, and operate equipment safely
- Reliability, teamwork, and a safety-first mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
