What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or diesel technician in heavy equipment or fleet maintenance
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of diesel engine mechanics, electrical systems, and hydraulics
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of repair projects
- Meticulous work standards and commitment to quality repairs
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment and procedures
