About the Role
As a regional CDL-A truck driver with Andrus, you'll operate commercial vehicles over established routes throughout the Western region while earning competitive mileage pay and performance incentives. What You'll Do
- Operate Class 8 commercial vehicles safely and professionally on regional freight routes
- Maintain detailed logbooks and comply with DOT regulations and Hours of Service requirements
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational readiness
- Coordinate with dispatch and follow company safety protocols and procedures
- Meet delivery schedules and communicate proactively with customers and management
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License with air brake endorsement (CDL-A)
- Minimum 2+ years of documented commercial driving experience (regional or over-the-road)
- Clean driving record, valid medical certification, and ability to pass background screening
- Strong focus on vehicle safety, traffic law compliance, and operational excellence
- Reliable, professional attitude with solid communication and time management skills
