About the Role
As Project Architect at Corgan, you will oversee the architectural direction and execution of commercial projects from concept through completion. This position offers the opportunity to shape how spaces are designed and built while working alongside a supportive, growth-focused team.
What You'll Do
- Lead architectural strategy and design direction for assigned commercial projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, consultants, and construction professionals
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget completion
- Develop and present design concepts and project plans to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning requirements, and design standards
- Provide technical oversight during design and construction documentation phases
- Mentor and collaborate with junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of professional architectural experience with commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, planning principles, and construction documentation
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Proficiency with design software and building information modeling (BIM) tools
- PE or AIA affiliation preferred
