About the Role

As Creative Director of Design, you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest standards of visual identity, user experience, and design innovation across our client work. This leadership role requires you to architect design systems, champion creative direction, and ensure every project reflects our commitment to exceptional work.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a creative design team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Develop comprehensive design strategies aligned with client objectives and brand positioning
• Oversee design execution across multiple consumer brands and projects simultaneously
• Establish design standards, best practices, and visual guidelines for consistency across the portfolio
• Collaborate with strategy, account, and creative teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Present design concepts and defend creative decisions to clients and stakeholders
• Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience as a designer or design leader in an agency environment
• Demonstrated expertise directing design strategy for multiple consumer brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital, print, or brand identity
• Proven ability to lead and develop creative talent
