About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Morristown, Morris County. As an Epic Certified Analyst specializing in the EpicCare Cadence and Prelude modules, you will help healthcare clients configure, optimize, and support their electronic health record systems, contributing directly to business transformation initiatives powered by Accenture.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and maintain the Epic Cadence (scheduling) and Prelude (registration and patient access) applications to match client workflows.
- Translate operational and clinical requirements into accurate Epic system design and build specifications.
- Test, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the Cadence and Prelude modules to keep systems running smoothly.
- Partner with stakeholders, end users, and project teams to deliver successful implementation and optimization outcomes.
- Document configurations and support change management throughout the engagement.
Qualifications
- Active Epic certification in EpicCare Cadence and Prelude.
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Epic applications in a healthcare environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Morristown, Morris County for the duration of the project.
