Education Dept Office, Records/Compliance Assistant

Waldorf University's Education Department is hiring a full-time Office, Records and Compliance Assistant to support our faculty, students, and academic programs in Forest City, Winnebago County. In this position, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our teacher education initiatives, collaborating with faculty, the Licensure Officer, and our Clinical & Student Teaching Coordinator to maintain the organizational backbone of the department.

About the Role

The Education Department relies on accurate, well-organized records and documentation to serve students and maintain compliance with state licensure and accreditation requirements. As our Office, Records and Compliance Assistant, you'll ensure that student files, program documentation, and departmental records are maintained to the highest standards while supporting the academic mission of our teacher education programs.

What You'll Do

• Organize, file, and maintain student records and departmental documentation in compliance with institutional and state requirements
• Assist with scheduling coordination and calendar management for faculty, students, and clinical placements
• Support licensure and certification tracking, ensuring all required documentation is current and accessible
• Communicate between Education Department faculty, students, and external stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain compliance documentation as required by state teacher education regulations
• Provide administrative support to the Clinical & Student Teaching Coordinator
• Assist students with advising documentation and program requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive student and personnel records
