Seasoning Set-Ups

Newly Weds Foods is seeking a full-time Seasoning Set-Ups operator for our production facility in Bethel Heights, Washington County. Join our team on the night shift and help us manufacture the seasoning blends that go into food products across the country.

About This Opportunity

This position is part of our Seasoning Department, operating on the third shift (11pm–7am). You'll be central to our production process, taking on the responsibility of preparing and measuring seasoning components that will be blended into finished products.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and prepare seasoning ingredients to precise specifications for blending operations
• Select components according to detailed production recipes and customer order requirements
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across all ingredient preparation tasks
• Work toward and achieve daily production volume targets
• Adhere to all food safety, handling, and workplace safety standards
• Support the efficiency and smooth operation of the Seasoning Department

What We're Looking For

• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions with precision
• Strong focus on accuracy when measuring and weighing materials
• Experience with production equipment or willingness to learn quickly
• Comfort with overnight hours (11pm–7am schedule)
• Dependable work attendance and a collaborative attitude
• Commitment to food safety and quality standards
