About the Role
You'll own the complete product lifecycle for new initiatives—from identifying opportunities through launch and scale. This is hands-on work: you define strategy, collaborate directly with engineers and designers, make real-time decisions, and ship features that drive outcomes. You're building alongside the team, not writing reports and handing them off.
What You'll Do
- Identify, validate, and prioritize new product opportunities in the public records and search technology market
- Develop product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics for zero-to-launch initiatives
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to translate vision into shipped products
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market assessment to guide product decisions
- Navigate ambiguity, move quickly, and iterate based on real-world usage and user feedback
- Own accountability for product decisions and communicate strategy clearly to stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in technology or startup environments
- Proven track record shipping products or features with measurable business impact
- Systems thinking: you synthesize user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
- Comfort with ambiguity and strong decision-making skills with incomplete information
- Strong communication: you explain complex ideas simply and inspire cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with AI-forward or data-intensive products is a plus
- Genuine interest in public records, search technology, or civic information is preferred
