What This Role Involves
The Early Learning Preschool Teacher at Melrose Y Academy is responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment where young children can thrive. You will be involved in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities that support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth of preschool-aged children.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain an inclusive classroom environment that fosters positive relationships among children, families, and staff.
- Design and implement lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and best practices.

What We're Looking For
