What This Role Involves

• Caring for, nurturing, and growing children’s minds
• Supporting a team of educators in creating an inclusive learning space
• Implementing educational activities that align with our values and goals
• Maintaining a safe and engaging environment for all children
• Collaborating with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child

Core Duties

Your core duties will include:

• Planning and delivering educational programs that are both fun and enriching
• Creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported
• Engaging with parents to provide regular updates on their child’s progress
• Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities
• Maintaining accurate records of each child's activities and achievements

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A relevant early childhood qualification or equivalent experience
• A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both children and parents
• The ability to adapt and innovate in the classroom
• A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
