Instructional Facilitator- Early Childhood

About the Role

As an Instructional Facilitator in Early Childhood Education, you'll serve as a vital bridge between classroom teachers and students, fostering engaging and supportive learning experiences. You'll work within our elementary curriculum framework to help ensure all students have the foundation they need to thrive academically and socially during these critical developmental years.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate instructional activities and learning centers tailored to early childhood development stages
• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging, standards-aligned lessons
• Work one-on-one and in small groups with students to reinforce core academic and social-emotional skills
• Help create organized, welcoming learning environments that encourage curiosity and participation
• Observe and document student progress, contributing to ongoing assessment efforts
• Organize and prepare instructional materials, learning resources, and classroom supplies
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and support staff to address individual student needs
• Model positive behavior, patience, and enthusiasm to support student engagement and confidence
