As the Director of Social Services, you will guide and coordinate support services that help individuals and families move toward stability and self-sufficiency. This is a non-exempt, on-site position based in North Sacramento, with an offered pay rate of $25.66 per hour. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, delivery, and quality of social services programs across the Sacramento area.
- Support and advocate for vulnerable populations, including seniors, helping them access essential resources.
- Coordinate care, referrals, and case management to address residents' social, emotional, and practical needs.
- Build connections with community partners and local organizations to expand available support.
- Promote a welcoming, respectful environment grounded in dignity and measurable, positive outcomes.
