Build connections with community partners and local organizations to expand available support. Promote a welcoming, respectful environment grounded in dignity and measurable, positive outcomes. Qualifications Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable populations and seniors. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication abilities. A genuine commitment to community-focused service and improving people's lives. Availability to work full-time on-site in North Sacramento, Sacramento County.
