About the Role
As Director of Facilities, you'll oversee the complete operational and maintenance functions of every facility in the Fit Fusion network. Reporting directly to our President and Chief Operations Officer, you'll ensure each location meets our standards for brand excellence, member safety, and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time position that demands both strategic vision and hands-on leadership.
What You'll Do
- Direct all facilities operations, maintenance, and capital improvement projects across the Fit Fusion network
- Establish and maintain compliance protocols for health, safety, and building codes
- Manage facilities teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure consistent service delivery
- Maintain fitness center standards that reflect Crunch Fitness brand values
- Develop and oversee facility budgets and capital planning
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance programs
- Respond to facility issues and emergencies with effective solutions

- Proven experience managing multi-location or complex facility operations
- Deep knowledge of health club or fitness facility standards and compliance requirements
- Leadership experience supervising teams and managing contractors
