About the Role

As Director of Business Development and Operations, you'll own both the revenue growth strategy and operational backbone of our Raleigh operations. This isn't a desk-bound corporate role—you'll be hands-on, working directly with caregiving teams, referral partners, and clients while building systems that scale. You'll combine sales leadership with operational expertise to expand our market presence in Wake County and beyond, identifying partnership opportunities and streamlining processes that keep our care delivery running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow our client base and referral partnerships across Raleigh and surrounding areas
• Identify market opportunities and build relationships with healthcare providers, discharge planners, senior living communities, and other key referral sources
• Oversee operational efficiency, managing workflows, team coordination, and quality standards to ensure excellent care delivery
• Lead performance metrics and reporting to track growth targets and operational KPIs
• Represent Cornerstone Caregiving at community events, healthcare forums, and networking opportunities
• Solve complex problems quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability is essential

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in business development or sales leadership, ideally in healthcare, home care, or a regulated services industry
• Strong operational management skills and comfort with P&L responsibility
