Certified Nursing Assistant

Cornerstone Caregiving is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for our Sauk Rapids office in Benton County. This is a part-time position where you'll deliver compassionate direct care to clients who depend on your support and expertise every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning using safe, dignified techniques
• Monitor and report changes in client health status or behavior to nursing supervisors
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living environments for clients
• Assist with activities of daily living and instrumental support tasks
• Build trusting relationships with clients through respectful, patient communication
• Document client care activities and observations accurately

Who We're Looking For

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent credential
• Genuine compassion and commitment to client wellbeing
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with care teams
• Physical capability to assist with client transfers and mobility needs
• Reliability, punctuality, and professional standards in all interactions
• Willingness to work flexible hours in a part-time capacity
