About the Role

In this senior sales leadership position, you will own the full business development lifecycle for public power accounts — from pipeline development through contract close. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for a defined customer portfolio while working hand-in-hand with Corporate Development and Product Management teams whenever opportunities call for a coordinated, team-based approach.

What You'll Do

  • Drive direct sales of the complete Osmose services and product portfolio across the public power segment, including municipal utilities and electric cooperatives
  • Grow revenue, profitability, and market share within your assigned customer base through disciplined account management and strategic prospecting
  • Partner with Corporate Development and Product Management on complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities that require cross-functional selling
  • Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers at public power utilities, positioning Osmose as a trusted, long-term infrastructure partner
  • Represent Osmose at industry events, trade shows, and utility association meetings relevant to the public power market
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide regular forecasting to senior leadership
  • Uphold and strengthen the Osmose brand through every customer interaction and market-facing activity

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales or business development within the utility, energy infrastructure, or utility services industry
  • Familiarity with the public power sector — including the procurement cycles, priorities, and regulatory environment of publicly owned utilities
  • Proven ability to manage a complex account portfolio while simultaneously pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to align solutions to customer operational challenges
  • Collaborative mindset and experience contributing to team-selling engagements alongside internal stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills suited to executive-level audiences
  • Willingness to travel as required to serve accounts across the public power territory
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
