The Opportunity

The Marketing and Content Director is a strategic leadership role within Beretta USA Corp. This position involves developing, executing, and optimizing the company’s traditional marketing and content initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth through off-line channels.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Leverage various offline marketing channels to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
• Create and implement comprehensive content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Supervise a team of 2 individuals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and improve results.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Have at least 7-10 years of experience in marketing and content creation, with a focus on off-line channels.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Show proficiency in using marketing software tools and analytics platforms.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
