Position Summary

The YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as the After School Director in Alpharetta. As an integral part of the organization's mission to positively impact lives and communities, this role will oversee after-school programs that focus on education, wellness, youth development, and community-building for children and families.

Core Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive after-school programming aligned with YMCA values and mission.
• Supervise and mentor a team of program staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Evaluate and improve programs based on feedback and outcomes, ensuring continuous quality enhancement.
• Collaborate with school administrators, parents, and community partners to enhance the after-school experience for participants.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in youth development or related field.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated success in program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
