The Opportunity

As we embark on our most ambitious journey yet, uniting human teams with AI agents, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy across the Americas. Reporting directly to the SVP, Global Revenue Operations, you'll be instrumental in driving market success and aligning cross-functional teams including product, sales, and marketing.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies aligned with company objectives and regional market needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of GTM plans.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market research, competitive analysis, and performance metrics.
• Oversee the development and implementation of robust analytics frameworks to measure GTM effectiveness and ROI.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize GTM strategies.
