What This Role Involves

In this role, you will play a vital part in helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence from the comfort of their homes. You'll deliver personalized care that focuses on rehabilitation and functional improvement, empowering individuals to overcome physical limitations.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide speech therapy services to patients with communication disorders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Document patient progress and communicate with families and caregivers
• Adapt treatment strategies based on patient feedback and progress

Skills & Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Florida
• Proven experience in home health or similar settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-centered approach with a commitment to quality care
