The Opportunity
Ardor Health Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Kirby, Texas. This position offers a competitive weekly salary of $2,046 and requires a full-time commitment from the candidate.
What You'll Do
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive home health care services to patients in their homes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications as prescribed by a physician
- Providing wound care, catheter management, and other clinical interventions
- Educating patients and their families on self-care techniques and follow-up treatments
- Maintaining accurate patient records and communicating with the home health agency and healthcare providers
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a licensed RN with at least 1 year of recent home health experience. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A current, active RN license in Texas or eligible for licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care
