Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Everstory Partners’ facilities to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all visitors.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with our mission and values, focusing on creating supportive spaces.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in all areas of the facility.
• Manage staff to ensure effective teamwork and support for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to address client needs and provide exceptional service.

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the healthcare or social services sector is required.
• Prior experience working with grief support groups, bereavement counseling, or similar environments is preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive environment for clients and staff.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
