Director, Experience Design – Keynote Demos

Salesforce seeks a Director, Experience Design - Keynote Demos to lead our product demonstration strategy across 2 Locations. In this full-time position, you'll direct the design and creative vision for how our platform's capabilities are showcased to global audiences.

About the Role

This is a strategic leadership position dedicated to creating and directing exceptional demo experiences that communicate Salesforce's product value on major stages worldwide. You'll own the end-to-end vision for keynote demo design, ensuring every element—from visual design to interaction flow—delivers impact and resonates with diverse audiences. Working across product, marketing, sales, and executive teams, you'll translate business objectives into memorable, persuasive experiences that influence customer perception and drive engagement.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall creative strategy for keynote demos and live demonstrations
• Lead a team of designers, producers, and technologists in bringing demo concepts to life
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify demonstration opportunities and define success metrics
• Oversee the design, prototyping, and production of all keynote demo environments and assets
• Establish demo design processes, standards, and tools that enable efficient, high-quality output
• Gather feedback and iterate on demo experiences based on audience response and business impact
• Stay current with design trends, technologies, and best practices in product demonstration

Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive background in experience design with proven leadership in managing creative teams
• Demonstrated success designing for high-profile, high-stakes environments and audiences
• Strong grasp of product strategy, sales processes, and how demonstrations influence customer decisions
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, presentation technologies, and demonstration platforms
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels
• Track record of driving design innovation and delivering measurable business results
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to lead in fast-paced, evolving environments
