What This Role Involves

As Dietary Manager at Colony Court, you oversee all food service operations and nutritional standards for our senior living residents. This is a leadership role where you'll combine culinary expertise with a genuine commitment to resident health and satisfaction. What You'll Do

• Plan, develop, and manage menus that meet nutritional guidelines and accommodate individual dietary requirements
• Supervise and train the food service team to ensure consistent quality and cleanliness standards
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and ordering to maintain operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to address residents' medical dietary needs and preferences
• Maintain food preparation and dining areas to the highest cleanliness and safety standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; dietetics certification or culinary training preferred
• Proven experience managing food service operations or kitchen staff
• Knowledge of nutrition, dietary restrictions, and food safety practices
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare and resident care teams
• Valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain
