About the Role
As Market Research Director, Technology Clients, you will lead insight-driven engagements for technology brands, translating complex research into clear strategic direction. Based on-site in Palms, Los Angeles County, you will partner closely with clients to bring depth, imagination, and clarity to their most demanding business questions.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end market research programs for technology clients, from study design through final recommendations.
- Translate data and emerging trends into fresh insights that spark new ideas and inform client strategy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding technology partners through challenges at the intersection of content, culture, and technology.
- Lead and mentor research teams, ensuring rigor, accuracy, and impact across deliverables.
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through consistent, high-quality strategic counsel.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in market research, insights, or strategy, ideally serving technology clients.
- Proven ability to lead research projects and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to craft a compelling strategic narrative.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and client relationships.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in Palms, Los Angeles County.
