About the Role

The Deputy Managing Director, Operations will lead the overall operational strategy and execution of the organisation's hospitality business. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for delivering operational excellence, driving commercial performance, enhancing guest experiences, and ensuring seamless execution across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality business, ensuring compliance with policies and standards
• Drive commercial performance by setting goals and metrics for revenue growth and cost optimization
• Enhance guest experiences through continuous improvement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
• Ensure seamless execution across all departments to maintain high service levels and quality standards

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced leader with a proven track record in hospitality operations. Key requirements include:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in senior management roles
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of operational excellence principles and best practices
