Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager (Feed Business) to oversee operations across Papua New Guinea and Africa. As the Regional Deputy GM, you will drive end-to-end feed manufacturing, procurement, sales support, and technical services while delivering sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
- Oversee operations in Papua New Guinea and Africa
- Drive end-to-end feed manufacturing processes
- Manage procurement activities for feed materials
- Provide sales support to ensure market penetration and customer satisfaction
- Deliver technical services to enhance product quality and efficiency
- Stakeholder management across regions
- Travel across Papua New Guinea and Africa as required
- Focus on improving operational efficiency and sustainability
Qualifications
- Proven experience in feed operations or a related field, preferably with a focus on regional management roles
- A strong understanding of the feed industry, including manufacturing processes, procurement, sales support, and technical services
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel extensively across Papua New Guinea and Africa
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Demonstrated success in driving sustainable growth and operational efficiency
