Somewhere is hiring a Growth Operations Coordinator in Louisiana, US to support the operational side of a fast-growing proptech startup that empowers real estate investors. This full-time position is critical to scaling our platform and operations as we expand our market presence.
About the Role
As Growth Operations Coordinator, you'll be at the intersection of product, marketing, and operations—working to optimize processes that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement for real estate investors. You'll own operational workflows that enable our growth team to move faster and smarter, while surfacing insights that shape product and business decisions.
What You'll Do
- Streamline and automate operational workflows across growth, marketing, and customer success teams
- Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics and KPIs that inform strategy
- Manage databases, spreadsheets, and operational tools to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Coordinate between teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives and campaigns
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then implement solutions that scale operations
- Support product and marketing initiatives with operational planning, testing, and launches
- Build and maintain documentation, processes, and systems that reduce friction and improve velocity
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and operational tools (Airtable, Salesforce, or similar)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly
- Experience in a growth, operations, or business development role—or equivalent demonstrated capability
- Comfort learning new software and systems quickly
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
