International Operations Coordinator — Study and Work, Sydney, New South Wales
The Opportunity
Roster: Rotating roster with 6-8 shifts per fortnight. Hours consist of 13-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Immediate start is preferred with short notice applications being highly encouraged.
Core Duties
- Supporting critical assistance and support services to people travelling and living internationally
- Coordinating operations across multiple international locations
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all assigned tasks
- Assisting in the planning and execution of various projects and initiatives
- Providing excellent customer service to a diverse range of clients
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an International Operations Coordinator or similar role
- A strong understanding of international operations and support services
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts
